Faro (watching the game)

Once I was on they airport, I got more and more exited about the game...

 

 ...especially with so many other Dutch people around.
 
     
 
I had a nice talk with this English guy.   At the airport I met my German friend (from Berkeley) Chistoph.
 
Faro, invated by 'Oranje'.   On the way to the Algarve stadium.
 
     
 
    The stadium started to get more and more ORANJE!
 
    The national Anthems of Holland and Sweden.
 
The beginning of the game...    
     
 
    As you can see above I sat in a 'mixed' section with people from different nationalities. (There were actually some people that hated Oranje. :-S )
 
The sun started setting.    
 
Because it was 0-0 after 90 minutes, there was extra time in which the so-called 'Silver Goal' could be scored...   But neither in the first nor in the second 15 minutes the teams were able to score...
 
Therefore, there was a penalty shoot out...   ...and although we were a bit afraid for this because we lost by these in some important games in the recent years, WE WON!!!
 
     
 
     
 
Back to the city of Faro...   ...where was a concert and some partying going on.
